Refund Policy
At DODGE.FIT, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available, the process for requesting one, and conditions that apply.
1. When Refunds Are Allowed
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Apparel & Products: If the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Community Memberships: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment if the community has not been accessed.
- Challenge Entry Fees: Refunds are available only if the challenge is cancelled by DODGE.FIT. Once a challenge has started, entry fees are non-refundable.
- App Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the subscription has not been used.
- Technical Issues: If a payment was charged but the service was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Challenge entry fees once the challenge has started
- Community memberships after 24 hours of purchase
- Customised or personalised products
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
3. Refund Timeframe
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order ID or transaction reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting evidence if applicable (e.g., photo of damaged item)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. Exchanges
For apparel and physical products, we offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us at hello@dodge.fit within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, please escalate to hello@dodge.fit with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
DODGE.FIT reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
